Nikka Perfect Serve 2025 - prestigious bartending competition - held in a unique setting Sake Bar at Nobu Hotel Warsaw. The event was organised by Dom Whisky and United Beveragesand this year's edition once again confirmed that the Nikka whisky and a philosophy of hospitality form the foundation of the contemporary cocktail scene in Poland.
Workshops and the ichi-go ichi-e philosophy
The final was preceded by workshops led by Stanislav Vadrna, Nikka Brand Global Hospitality Advocate. It was he who reminded participants of the Japanese philosophy of ichi-go ichi-e - the idea that every moment and every guest at the bar is one of a kind.

- Daniel Mirus (Frontier Cocktail Bar, Rzeszów)
Jury - champions of hospitality and bar culture
The evaluation of the participants was undertaken by recognised experts:
- Tomasz Źródłowski - Nikka Perfect Serve 2016 winner, co-founder of The Trust brand.
- Alon Than - Tokyo World Sushi Cup 2015 champion, ambassador of the All Japan Sushi Association.
- Maciej Zarzecki - co-author of the book "Alcohols in Poland and the World", founder of the Polish National Bartenders School.
Winner: Aleksander Inglot from Kraków
The title of best host and victory in Nikka Perfect Serve 2025 has won Aleksander Inglot (Infusion Cocktail Bar, Krakow). The jury appreciated his natural hospitality, his authentic approach to the art of hospitality and his complete understanding of the Nikka philosophy.
Nobu Hotel Warsaw - the perfect venue for the final
The final took place in Sake Bar at Nobu Hotel Warsaw - a place where Japanese tradition meets modern design. The atmospheric interior, minimalist atmosphere and carefully selected selection of spirits created a unique space for an event celebrating the Nikka whisky, the art of hospitality and bartending mastery.
