Springbrook Adirondack High Rye Bourbon /43%/ – Springbrook Farm Distillery sits in Queensbury, New York, at the foothill of Adirondack Mountains. Distillation started in the summer of 2014 and the current product line includes vodka, gin, moonshine, bourbon and rye whiskey. Springbrook Hollow Farm uses about 75% grains grown in the state and pure spring water that comes from Adirondacks and is delivered via wooden pipeline, which has been used since the town was established. Adirondack High Rye Bourbon is distilled in a custom copper pot still from mash of high rye content (the company does not reveal the details) and aged for about two years. It was introduced in 2016 and scored silver medal at the New York State International Spirits Competition.
