Old Pulteney Pentland Skerries Lighthouse / 46%/ – In the summer of 2013 the company launched new Travel Retail range called “The Lighthouse Collection”. It consists of three NAS expressions, which have been inspired by maritime routes and celebrate three historic lighthouses situated near the distillery – Noss Head, Duncansby Head and Pentland Skerries. Each expression is presented in colorful packaging and offers different maturation angles. Pentland Skerries celebrates two lighthouse towers built in 1794 on the uninhabited Pentland Skerries islands off the far north eastern coast, en route to Orkney. The whisky was aged exclusively in ex-sherry casks and is presented with striking purple label.
