The van Weeses bottle their whisky unchill-filtered and of natural color, either at cask strength or at 46% abv, and each bottle is numbered with cask details stated on the label. The whisky distilled on November 2, 2012 was aged in first fill sherry butt no. 488, then bottled at natural strength of 59.2% abv and without chill-filtration on March 16, 2022. The butt produced 562 bottles.
